Help centre
A clear answer.
A helpful next step.
Here’s how to get started with the emPower customer demo.
Say hello to Finn.
Open customer chat, use your test customer email, and follow the verification steps. Then ask about your bill.
Which email should I use?
Use the test customer email supplied for your review. The Finn staff login on the reviewer guide is separate from the customer account used in this chat.
Where can I see my bill and payments?
Ask Finn in customer chat. The assistant uses the connected account records to answer. This website does not display a balance before you identify your customer account.
Can I ask more than one question?
Yes. Keep asking in the same chat. For example, ask for your balance, then ask how it was calculated or whether a payment has been applied.
What if a charge looks wrong?
Tell Finn which charge you’re asking about and why it looks unfamiliar. Ask what the records show and whether a follow-up is needed. Check the resulting status in the Finn workspace.
How do I review what happened?
Open the reviewer guide for the Finn workspace login. Find the same customer conversation and compare the answer with the account records and any recorded follow-up.
